Tamar Zarginava

Vice Rector for International Relations

Tamar Zarginava successfully graduated from the Eastern European University of Economics and Management Bachelor program in law in 2013, and in 2015 she received a Master’s degree in law from the same university.

In 2007-2011 she was the head of the administration of the Tbilisi Secular University, in 2011-2012 she was a performer of duties of Rector of International Teaching University of Georgia, and in 2012-2014 served as the head of the Rector’s Office of the same university. In 2015-2017, she acted as the head of administration at European University and in 2017-2023 she was a Vice-Rector for International Relations.
