At the initiative of the Student and Alumni Services Center, a public lecture was held, which was dedicated to stress management strategies and maintaining mental well-being during the learning process.
As part of the lecture, an invited psychologist shared practical tips and recommendations with the audience on how to establish a healthy and sustainable study routine, increase attention and productivity, as well as how to master effective stress management techniques.
The event was interactive – participants had the opportunity to ask questions, receive personalized recommendations, and engage in practical activities, which made the lecture even more interesting and effective.
