Central University Europe is pleased to announce a call for applications for Master’s and Doctoral students within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA171 International Credit Mobility Program for study or short-term mobility at the Open University of Cyprus (OUC).
The mobility will take place during the spring semester of the 2025–2026 academic year, involving at least a two-month stay in Cyprus (January – May 2026) for on-site study. The program is fully funded by Erasmus+.
Selected participants will receive a monthly scholarship of €850, as well as reimbursement of travel expenses. Socially vulnerable students will be granted additional financial support.
To participate in the competition, the candidate must meet the following prerequisites:
- Only Master’s and PHD students of Central European University who have successfully completed the first year of their studies are eligible to apply.
- Applicants must demonstrate English language proficiency at a minimum level of B2, certified by a recognized qualification (IELTS, TOEFL, IGCSE) or an official confirmation issued by the University.
The Open University of Cyprus offers English-taught Master’s programs in the following fields:
- Cognitive Systems
- Educational Leadership and Policy
- Enterprise Risk Management
- Business Administration
- Human-Computer Interaction
- Security and Defence

Selection and Contact Information
At the first stage, the submitted documentation will be reviewed by the International Relations Office of Central European University. However, the final decision regarding candidate selection and funding will be made by the Open University of Cyprus, based on its selection and evaluation criteria.
