On October 23, at Central University of Europe, Sandra Tetere, a representative of Alberta College (Latvia), delivered a public lecture on the topic – “Future of Work: How AI and Automation Are Reshaping Human Resource Management.”
During the lecture, Sandra Tetere discussed how artificial intelligence and automation are transforming business operations, the labor market, and legal frameworks.
The speaker emphasized that the digital era requires new ethical and governance standards in both the public and private sectors. Through discussion and case studies, the participants compared European and Georgian experiences.
