The academic staff of the Central University of Europe will undertake a mobility visit to Alberta College within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme

The academic staff of the Central University of Europe (CUE) will travel to Alberta College (Riga, Latvia) within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA171 programme.

Building on the existing scientific cooperation between researchers of the two institutions, two CUE professors have been officially invited to participate in the International Academic Week (20–24 April, 2026) and to attend the etECH2026 International Conference.

Within the framework of the mobility, Professor Lia Genelidze and Professor Tea Valishvili will jointly present a research paper prepared in collaboration with Ilze Krumina, Director of the Digital Marketing and Public Relations Study Programme at Alberta College. “Sustainable Brand Communication and Generation Z Approaches in Latvia and Georgia: A Comparative Analysis of Brand Image, Messaging, and Choice Factors.”

The mobility is implemented within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA171 programme, which aims to strengthen international academic cooperation beyond the European Union, promote joint research activities, and deepen institutional partnerships.

The International Academic Week provides partner universities with a platform for sharing best practices, reinforcing scholarly connections, and exploring new mobility opportunities.

The etECH2026 Conference, in turn, serves as an important forum for presenting joint research and further advancing academic dialogue between Latvia and Georgia.
CUE highly values the established partnership with Alberta College and stands ready to further expand this cooperation through the development of joint research projects and the strengthening of academic mobility programmes.
