The workshop on “Communication and Conflict Management” was organized by the Student and Alumni Services Center of the Central University of Europe.
The workshop aimed to help participants develop effective communication skills, enhance teamwork, and become familiar with practical methods for managing and resolving conflicts.
During the session, attendees took part in interactive activities and simulation exercises. The workshop also emphasized the skills of expressing one’s ideas effectively and actively listening to others.
The workshop was led by Aaron Voida, an American Peace Corps volunteer, from the scientific intellectual club “Dialogue of Generations.
