In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, Central University of Europe is hosting its annual Mental Health Awareness Week from May 28–31.
The initiative aims to promote emotional well-being, reduce the stigma surrounding mental health, and foster a supportive environment for both local and international students.
As part of the week’s program, international students are invited to attend the public lecture:
“Academic Pressure, Professional Burnout, and Productivity Without Exhaustion.”
The lecture will explore the impact of academic pressure on mental health, motivation, and academic performance. Its purpose is to examine the causes and consequences of chronic stress in academic settings, while introducing practical strategies that help students achieve high academic outcomes without compromising their well-being and mental health.
