The Central University of Europe (CUE) is pleased to announce that eight Medicine students have been selected to participate in Erasmus+ KA171 mobility in Türkiye during the Spring semester of the 2025–2026 academic year.
CUE recently completed its transparent and merit-based internal selection process, carried out in full accordance with Erasmus+ guidelines. The three-stage procedure included:
* academic eligibility screening,
* an English-language assessment, and
* a motivation interview conducted by the appointed selection commission.
All eight students who successfully met the required thresholds have now been awarded mobility placements.
For the upcoming semester, four respected Turkish universities will host CUE’s medical students: Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University, Kocaeli University, Ondokuz Mayıs University, and Hitit University.
The latter two universities — Ondokuz Mayıs University and Hitit University — confirmed one medical study place each after the publication of the initial host list. As the internal selection process had already been completed transparently and had produced more successful candidates than the number of available placements, no additional call or new selection round was required.
The newly confirmed study places were incorporated directly into the list of destinations in Türkiye, enabling CUE to allocate placements based solely on the results of the already-finalized competition and to ensure opportunities for all students who had successfully passed the selection process.
Türkiye continues to be one of the most sought-after destinations for CUE’s medical students due to its high academic standards, advanced clinical environment, and strong professional training opportunities.
CUE congratulates all eight nominated students and wishes them success as they prepare for their upcoming Erasmus+ mobility experience in Türkiye.
