On October 16, The Central University of Europe in Kutaisi had the honor of hosting a delegation from Alberta College (Latvia) within the framework of the Erasmus+ Academic and Administrative Mobility Program.
This visit represents an important step toward strengthening international academic cooperation, enhancing quality assurance mechanisms, and fostering the planning of joint research and educational initiatives between the two institutions.

During the meeting, the participants discussed the expansion of Erasmus+ projects, the planning of international accreditation processes, the prospects of organizing joint academic conferences, and other opportunities for academic collaboration.
In parallel, a meeting was held with Professors Tea Valishvili and Lia Genelidze from the European University, joined by Ilze Krumina and Evita Krasmane from Alberta College. The discussion focused on topics related to scientific cooperation and quality enhancement.
Additionally, an online meeting took place between Liga Sileniece and Professor Malkhaz Dzadzu, further emphasizing the hybrid and flexible nature of modern international academic collaboration.
The visit significantly deepened the academic and strategic partnership between the two universities and reaffirmed the European University’s commitment to promoting international education and providing students and staff with valuable global learning experiences.
