The results of the selection competition for Central University of Europe administrative/academic staff participation in the “Erasmus+” International Administrative/Academic Mobility Program have been announced. Eleven successful employees have been selected to travel to seven different European universities for teaching or professional development programs.

- Tamar Pertaia, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine – Utena College (Lithuania)
- Giorgi Datuashvili, Head of Strategic Development Department – Alberta College (Latvia)
- Teona Grigolashvili, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Business and Law – PXL University of Applied Sciences and Arts (Belgium)

Mobility implemented within the Erasmus+ program is vitally important for higher education institutions. It promotes stronger international collaboration, sharing of best practices and experiences, as well as institutional development of universities. The knowledge and skills acquired through these mobilities allow staff members to implement innovative teaching methods and improve administrative processes at their home institution.
The program also significantly increases the university’s international profile and visibility in the European educational space, which is essential for maintaining competitiveness in today’s globalized academic world. The successful completion of this year’s competition is another step toward Central University of Europe’s international integration and improvement of academic teaching quality.
