The training topics will be: Management Structure of Universities, the Role of Regional Universities in Regional Development, Cooperation examples between Local Self-Government bodies and Regional Universities, Modification and clarification of University Mission, Strategy and SWOT Analysis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After undergoing these trainings, researchers and administrative staff who will be involved in project should carry out a survey at the local level, which will modify the mission, vision and strategic development indicators of the participating universities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition, within the project is planned establish a body &#8211; conference of rectors, which will be convened periodically.
