On June 2, 2024, the final stage of the 17th World Chinese Language Competition “Chinese Bridge” for high school students was held at “Alte” University of Tbilisi.<\/p>\n
Students of Confucius class of Kutaisi University took the first, second and third places.<\/p>\n
It should be noted that the students of Confucius class of Kutaisi University participated in this event for the first time.<\/p>\n
The first place was won by Archil Kandelaki, a student of the Confucius class, who will be a representative of Georgian high school students in the finals of the 17th World Chinese Language Competition “Chinese Bridge”.<\/p>\n
The final will be held in China at the end of 2024.<\/p>\n
Mariam Akhaladze took the honorable second place, and Lizi Tkabladze and Veronika Tkeshelashvili took the third place.<\/p>\n
Kutaisi University Confucius School teachers Yan Huizhen and Wen Ning were awarded the honorary title of “Excellent Instructors”.<\/p>\n
The Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Georgia gave the highest evaluation to the functioning of the Confucius class of Kutaisi University and wished it success.<\/p>\n
