The memorandum sets the framework for the introduction of the civic education course, \u201cDemocracy and Citizenship,\u201d that will be offered at these universities from 2013 onward. The course itself is part of the 4-year USAID project \u201c<em>Increased Trust in the Electoral Process\u201d implemented by IFES Georgia.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>This important meeting of signing the memorandum with new partner universities was opened by\u00a0<\/em>USAID Mission Director, Stephen M.
