Ani Kalandia, Assistant Professor at the Central University of Europe visited the University of Applied Sciences \u201cMedimurje\u201d in Croatia within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA171 academic mobility program.<\/p>\n
Professor delivered a lecture on \u201cPerception and Its Influence on the Decision-Making Process.\u201d<\/p>\n
During the lecture, she discussed the impact of individual perception on managerial decisions, the differences between individual and group decision-making, as well as the challenges of the modern organizational environment.<\/p>\n
Before the lecture, the participants received information about the Central European University, its academic programs, international partnerships, and student mobility opportunities.<\/p>\n
During the visit, the professor met with academic and administrative staff, including the Erasmus Mobility Manager and the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs.<\/p>\n
