“Central University of Europe” announces an open competition for the vacant academic position of academic staff at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Business and Law:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Vacant position at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Business and Law:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Academically:<\/span>
\n1. 1 Professor – Economics<\/span>
\n2. 1 Associate Professor – Mathematics and Information Technologies<\/span>
\nProfessionally:<\/span>
\n1. 1 Associate Professor – Algorithms and Data Structures<\/span>
\n2. 1 Associate Professor – Methodology of Teaching Georgian Language and Literature;<\/span>
\n3. 1 Associate Professor – (Methodology of Teaching Social Sciences and Natural Sciences);<\/span>
\n4. 3 Assistant Professors – Methodology of Teaching Social Sciences and Natural Sciences;<\/span>
\n5. 1 Assistant Professor – Data Structures;<\/span>
\n6. 1 Assistant Professor – Russian Language.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Competition (qualification) requirements for academic staff of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Business and Law:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

To occupy the academic position of Professor (by academic merit):<\/span>
\n\u2022 A person with a PhD or equivalent academic degree, who has at least 6 years of experience in scientific and pedagogical work;<\/span>
\n\u2022 A person who has published (within the last 5 years) scientific publications on the topic of the relevant training courses or is their co-author;<\/span>
\n\u2022 A person who has experience in developing the relevant training course (syllabus);<\/span><\/p>\n

To occupy the academic position of Associate Professor (by academic merit):<\/span>
\n\u2022 A person with a PhD or equivalent academic degree, who has at least 3 years of experience in scientific and pedagogical work;<\/span>
\n\u2022 A person who has published (within the last 5 years) scientific publications on the topic of the relevant training courses or is their co-author;<\/span>
\n\u2022 A person who has experience in developing the relevant training course (syllabus).<\/span><\/p>\n

To hold the academic position of Associate Professor (by professional qualification):<\/span>
\n\u2022 At least a Master’s degree;<\/span>
\n\u2022 Relevant professional experience in the field, which can be proven as follows: At least 5 years of work experience in the relevant field;<\/span>
\n\u2022 At least 3 years of work experience in teaching at a higher educational institution;<\/span>
\n\u2022 Experience in developing a relevant course (syllabus).<\/span><\/p>\n

To hold the academic position of Assistant Professor (by professional qualification):<\/span>
\n\u2022 At least a Master’s degree;<\/span>
\n\u2022 Relevant professional experience in the field, which can be confirmed by the following qualifications: At least 3 years of work experience in the relevant field;<\/span>
\n\u2022 Publication in the relevant field (published within the last 5 years) or at least 1 year of work experience in teaching at a higher educational institution.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Competition documentation:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The applicant is obliged to submit the following documentation to the Commission at the stage of submitting documents:<\/span>
\na) Application1 for participation in the competition, indicating the relevant field and academic position (the application is submitted electronically and\/or on site, to the Human Resources Management and Records Service at info@cue.edu.ge\/hr@cue.edu.ge);<\/span>
\nb) CV in Georgian and English (preferably in the Central European University format (when sending documents in electronic form);<\/span>
\nc) copies\/references of identity cards, educational documents\/documents confirming qualifications,2 documents confirming pedagogical experience, documents\/documents confirming scientific experience;<\/span>
\nd) Scientific papers adequate to the competitive position\/position, or their copies (published within the last 5 years);<\/span>
\ne) Other additional information\/documentation (if any);<\/span>
\nf) Relevant syllabi (electronic version);<\/span>
\ng) Certificate of \u201cConviction for Crimes Against Sexual Freedom and Inviolability\u201d issued by the Service Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n
