A public lecture on “Medical Devices – Nuclear Medicine SPECT & PET” will be held at the Central university of Europe on December 9.

Luka Ivaneishvili, a bioengineer at “Mrcheveli,” the official partner of Limbach Diagnostic Laboratory Group, will deliver a public lecture on “Medical Devices – Nuclear Medicine SPECT & PET.”

The lecture will focus on the importance of modern medical equipment and its role in clinical practice and medical research. Students will have the opportunity to learn about the main categories of medical devices, with particular emphasis on nuclear medicine—its principles, capabilities, and areas of application.

Main topics of the lecture include:

SPECT – Single-Photon Emission Computed Tomography

PET – Positron Emission Tomography
