The International Relations Office of Central University of Europe announces a call for administrative staff mobility within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme at St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo (Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria).
The call is open to administrative staff.
Mobility Conditions
The mobility must be carried out no later than July 2026.

Selection Stages
Stage I – Assessment of English language proficiency
Required level: B2 (CEFR)
Date: 29 January, 10:00 AM
The testing will be conducted by the Examination Center of European Central University.
Note: Based on the submission of relevant supporting documentation, administrative staff members will be exempt from the English language test if they meet one or more of the following criteria:
Have at least one year of experience studying or teaching in an English-taught program at a higher education institution;
Hold a degree in English Philology or an English-taught Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree.
Has at least one semester of study abroad in English at any level of higher education under an exchange program;
Holds an internationally recognized certificate of English language proficiency at B2 level (e.g., IELTS 5.5; TOEFL iBT 72; TOEFL PBT 543; Cambridge English B2 First – 160);
Has already passed an English language test in previous Erasmus+ competitions;
Has already participated in an Erasmus+ mobility through European Central University.
Stage II – Presentation of the Training/Mobility Plan (in English)
Format: Online interview
If there are no applicants required to take the English language test, Stage II will take place on 29 January at 10:00 AM.
If one or more applicants need to take the English language test, Stage II will be postponed to 30 January at 10:00 AM.
Evaluation Criteria
Relevance and significance of the planned meetings and activities;
Alignment of the mobility plan with the university’s strategy and priorities;
Clear and coherent communication in English;
Practical applicability of the expected results;
Feasibility of the mobility plan considering the candidate’s professional competencies.
The results of the competition will be announced by the end of the day on 30 January.
