Competition for Administrative Staff for Erasmus+ KA171 Training Mobility in Poland

Central University of Europe announces an internal competition for administrative staff to participate in the staff training mobility at the Silesian University of Technology (Poland) within the framework of the “Erasmus+ KA171” International Credit Mobility (ICM) program. 2 administrative staff will be selected within the framework of the competition.

The mobility will take place within the framework of International Staff Week 2026, which will be held from 15 to 19 June 2026 in Gliwice, Poland, at the Centre of New Technologies of the Silesian University of Technology. The theme of the programme is “Green and Circular University Campus: From Vision to Practice.”

The programme is organized by the International Mobility Office of the Silesian University of Technology in cooperation with the Faculty of Energy and Environmental Engineering. It combines academic, practical, and networking components. Participants will explore the concept of a green and circular university campus, healthy campus environments, modern approaches to environmental and air quality monitoring, circular resource management practices, biowaste and biogas solutions, and green energy initiatives implemented on campus. The week also includes participants’ presentations, campus and city tours, a welcome dinner, a study visit, networking activities, an Erasmus students’ session, and a closing ceremony.

Evaluation criteria:

The competition is intended for administrative staff. The duration of the mobility is 7 days and includes 5 working days and 2 travel days. Selected participants will be funded under Erasmus+ KA171.

Competition conditions:

  • The deadline for applications is April 27, 2026, 12:00 p.m.
  • The English language test will be held on April 29, 2026, at 12:00.
  • The presentation and interview of the training mobility plan will be held on May 1, 2026.

Final results will be announced by the end of the working day on the same date.

The selection will be carried out in two stages.

In the first stage, contestants will take an English language test at level B2.

The English Language Examination Competition Commission consists of:

1. Ekaterine Vatsadze, specialist in the field (English language) and chair of the commission
2. Kristine Chokhonelidze, specialist in the field (English language) and member of the commission
3. Tamar Mardaleishvili, specialist in the field (English language) and member of the commission.

In the second stage, candidates will submit a training mobility plan and undergo an interview in English.
