From 15 to 19 December 2025, Tatia Kharabadze, Head of the Quality Assurance Service at the Central University of Europe (CUE), participated in an administrative mobility programme at the Međimurje University of Applied Sciences in Čakovec, Croatia.
The aim of the mobility was to exchange best practices and share professional experience in the field of Quality Assurance. During the activity, approaches to strengthening quality culture, improving administrative and academic processes, and developing effective models of international cooperation were discussed and exchanged.
As Tatia Kharabadze notes, “The administrative mobility carried out at the University of Applied Sciences MediMurse clearly demonstrated the importance of a quality culture in institutional processes. Such targeted exchange programs contribute to the improvement of both administrative and academic processes, professional development, and closer integration into the European higher education space.”
The Međimurje University of Applied Sciences is recognised for its practice-oriented educational approach, strong links with the labour market, and modern quality assurance systems aligned with European standards, which made the exchange of experience particularly valuable.
The mobility was implemented within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme and contributed to strengthening institutional capacity and further developing cooperation with European partner institutions.
