The goal of the workshop is to develop effective communication skills among participants, improve teamwork, and introduce practical methods for managing and resolving conflicts.
Within the framework of the workshop, students will be able to: get acquainted with the basic principles of effective communication; study techniques for constructively managing conflicts; participate in interactive activities and discussions; develop the skills of effectively expressing one’s own opinion and listening to others.
The seminar will be led by Aaron Voida, a volunteer of the American Peace Corps (Scientific Intellectual Club “Dialogue of Generations”).
