The Central University of Europe has signed a memorandum of cooperation with Lapis Ligeiro, an organization operating in Portugal under the name Placement in Portugal. This collaboration aims to develop internship and practice-based international opportunities for the university’s students in Portugal.
The collaboration will extend to the educational programs of the Central University of Europe in the fields of Business Administration, Tourism, and Economics.
The agreement includes the promotion of internships for students and graduates, collaboration on the development and updating of academic programs, as well as participation in joint conferences, seminars, training sessions, research activities, and other academic events.
Practical activities outlined in the memorandum will be carried out in Lisbon. According to the document, the partner organization will also provide an appropriate work environment for students, coordination, and access to English-speaking supervisors or managers for students enrolled in English-language programs.
This collaboration will contribute to the development of students’ practical skills, the acquisition of international professional experience, and further strengthen the university’s internationalization process.
