Ani Kalandia, Assistant Professor at the Central University of Europe visited the University of Applied Sciences “Medimurje” in Croatia within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA171 academic mobility program.
Professor delivered a lecture on “Perception and Its Influence on the Decision-Making Process.”
During the lecture, she discussed the impact of individual perception on managerial decisions, the differences between individual and group decision-making, as well as the challenges of the modern organizational environment.
Before the lecture, the participants received information about the Central European University, its academic programs, international partnerships, and student mobility opportunities.
During the visit, the professor met with academic and administrative staff, including the Erasmus Mobility Manager and the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs.
